You've just placed an order, what happens next?
All orders placed on our website are fulfilled by one of our amazing locally owned stores. One of our awesome team members picks your order from the shelves, packs it up and has it shipped to you. This means that by shopping online and in-store at Toyworld Australia, you're supporting a locally owned business in your community!
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a link. Don't worry, it's a safe link! This link will contain information about your order and it's journey to you.
Split deliveries
If you have ordered multiple items, thank you and thank you again! We will try our best to ship your entire order out from a single location. However, depending on stock in store at any given time, we may be to split your order into multiple deliveries. This means is that one store will ship part of your order and another will send the rest. Don't worry - you will only ever need to pay one delivery fee and you will receive tracking information of each part of your order. Bonus? More than one parcel to open!
Delivery timeframes
Our team will strive to get all orders received by 11am processed the same day. All orders received after this will be packed and dispatched the following business day. Parcels can take anywhere between 3-10 working days to be delivered with the exception of public holidays and any unforeseen delays. Please use the tracking information that we send to you for delivery updates.
Standard Delivery Rates
Metro Area Delivery - flat rate of $12.99 for your entire order regardless of the quantity you purchase.
Bulky Delivery Rates
Metro Area Delivery - flat rate of $24.99 for your entire order regardless of the quantity you purchase.
What determines a bulky item? This is an item that exceeds a certain size/weight, normally these are large items.
Bulky items are flagged on the website, highlighting which items are bulky.
Please note that some large items are unavailable to purchase online are are only available in selected Toyworld stores. Please contact your local store to check availability. Click here to find your local store.
Note: There are no delivery charges for Click & Collect orders or for gift card purchases (when purchased alone).
